Truckers, this app is for you!. This application contains a listing of weigh stations within the United States, searchable by state, then highway, followed by a description of each station. Additionally, the app contains a feature which each trucker can record the status of each station. IS THE STATION OPEN? When you pass through a particular station, you can record that it is open or closed. This will inform the trucks down the highway behind you. ARE YOU APPROACHING A STATION? you can locate the station within the app and check on the status because the truckers who just passed through the station have updated the station's status.
Please note, this app was created, developed, and maintained by a professional OTR driver who drove for several years and is now trying to assist other drivers. The data covering the stations (including location) is passed on from other truckers to the developer thru Truck Stops with the ultimate goal of "Truckers Assisting other Truckers." We look out for each other on the road!
